Due to the nature of live plants, we have specific return conditions.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • Plants cannot be returned once delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
